Sample Coordinator, Temp

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Salesman Sample and Marketing Sample gatekeeper manage inventory and organization of samples packing/unpacking archiving dated samples.

• Manage internal tracking system for real time status of samples from order to delivery across departments and through final archiving.

• Follow up on any missing samples via email with overseas suppliers.

• Constant communication with our overseas suppliers to ensure on time delivery of samples.

• Field and manage requests for samples from business partners; management of check in/check out process according to established guidelines to ensure tracking of samples at all times.

• Pull and package samples for photoshoots as needed influencer moments athletes and PR needs.

• Organize in house sample racks and showroom closet.

• Support the ordering of SMS for all departments seasonally along with late adds and reorders.

• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment

• Computer proficiency; Microsoft office Suite (Word Excel Power Point Outlook) PLM (Product Life Management) system.

REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.

• Bachelors degree

• Minimum 2 years experience in the Apparel Industry

The pay range for this position is $21-$23/hr.
