Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee oncology nursing operations and staff.
Ensure adherence to oncology care standards regulatory requirements and patient safety protocols.
Collaborate closely with physicians infusion therapy teams and administrative stakeholders.
Drive implementation of evidence-based oncology practices and quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor operational metrics clinical outcomes and financial performance to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience within oncology services.
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification preferred.
