About your job
In this role youre responsible for driving forward-thinking human-centric rewards strategies that align with our mission and values. You provide expertise in total rewards in Sandvik Coromants HR & Business leadership teams.
Your key responsibilities include:
The location for this position is flexible within Europe but preferably in Stockholm. You report to the Head of Compensation & Benefits for Sandvik Machining and are a member of the Division HR management team.
Your profile
Were looking for someone with extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits ideally within global and matrixed environments. Youre skilled in translating complex data into actionable insights and have a strategic mindset paired with operational precision. You have a strong analytical background and experience in regional compensation with the ability to drive digitalization of rewards processes. Youre fluent in English and comfortable navigating diverse cultural contexts.
On a personal level youre a collaborative relationship-builder who values inclusion continuous improvement and adaptability. You bring integrity and business acumen to every interaction and you thrive in environments where you can influence innovate and support others.
