Position Summary:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our regional Total Rewards team focusing on providing support for multi-country projects across compensation and benefits. The primary responsibilities include offering technical support for compensation governance and workday configuration as well as supporting the annual compensation planning process.

Additionally the role will involve participating other multi-country and global initiatives.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate their wide-ranging experience and professional concepts to creatively and effectively resolve issues. They will lead processes projects or initiatives across compensation and benefit projects and network with key contacts outside their area of expertise to improve project outcomes and drive innovation. Strong analytical skills excel expertise proficiency in Workday and the ability to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives are important for success in this role.

A day in the life:

  • Technical support advisory and project management of initiatives across both compensation and benefits

  • Support the with Workday governance from a compensation perspective including annual review process

  • Support the tracking of projects resource planning and cross sharing within the team

  • Coordinate projects or work streams ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget

  • Support regional team with system projects including Workday changes & local benefit planforms

  • Develop maintain and use sophisticated excel models for pay analysis bonus modelling and other compensation activities

  • Support Total Reward Projects Director in coordinating Merger and Acquisition projects within the region

  • Develop and deploy AI or automation models and tools as part of continues improvement

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in compensation build and structures

  • Experience of annual compensation review process (preferably within workday)

  • Extensive experience with Workday including configuration

  • Experience of flexible benefits technology

  • Proven project management skills

  • Good Communication Interpersonal Skills

  • Sophisticated excel skills

  • Good analytic skills including utilisation of AI

  • Benefit system experience
