Senior Administrative Secretary
Location: Edgar Parkman School
Salary Grade: 5
Work Schedule: 10-Month Position (Academic Year)

Position Overview:
Edgar Parkman School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Administrative Secretary to manage front office operations and provide high-level administrative support. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the school runs efficiently and professionally serving as the first point of contact for students families staff and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in person by phone and via email.
- Maintain accurate student and staff records in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Utilize Tyler ERP Munis for financial transactions purchase orders and account tracking.
- Prepare and manage correspondence reports and confidential documents.
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings school events and facility use.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Support the principal and school staff with administrative tasks and communications.
- Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in office administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a school or administrative office setting.
- Proficiency in Tyler ERP Munis Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with FERPA and other confidentiality standards.
