Full-Time MondayFriday No Nights or Weekends
Pay: $15.00$18.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
- Support teachers in classrooms ranging from Infant to Preschool as needed.
- Implement daily routines and assist with The Learning Experiences L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
- Foster positive relationships with children families and staff.
- Ensure classrooms remain safe organized and engaging.
- Step in to cover breaks vacations or absences to maintain quality care and consistency.
- MondayFriday schedule no nights or weekends.

- Minimum 6 months of childcare experience (1 year preferred).
- CDA Associate or higher degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must meet Florida childcare licensing requirements.
