Position Title: Registered Nurse Med/Surg Telemetry
Location: Canton OH 44708
Shift: Nights (3x12-Hour; 7:00 PM 7:30 AM)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Range: $52.00 $54.00/hr

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Med/Surg Telemetryfor an exciting job in Canton OH.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive patient-centered care for Med/Surg Telemetry patients.
Accurately interpret and document ECG rhythms.
Administer medications perform thorough assessments and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
Utilize Epic EMR for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

Required:

Active Ohio RN License or Compact State License (must be in hand).
Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in the same specialty.
Epic EMR experience required.
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start.

Preferred:

Previous travel nursing experience in large acute care facilities.
Strong communication adaptability and critical thinking skills.
