Experience with staffing scheduling supervision and training is helpful but not required. We also train you to run business effectively at your site!

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

• Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships.

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

• Prepare reports on account status.

• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Skills:

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager Key Account Manager Sales Account Manager Junior Account Manager or relevant role.

• Demonstrable ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executive and C-level.

• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

• Excellent listening negotiation and presentation abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma GED OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!!
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
• Customer Service experience.
• Must have the ability to use a computer and cell phone.
• Must have a clear MVR and a valid Arizona Drivers License.
• Must have previous Security Military or Law Enforcement experience.
• Must have previous Management experience.
