Youre as comfortable riffing with an A-Lister or Executive Producer as you are digging deep with a Data Scientist. You have strong organizational skills and understand that I dont know or I need help arent scary words. You understand that different people might love the same show for distinct reasonsand are genuinely excited in figuring out exactly what those differences are. As the streaming service & App enter this new phase the Senior Experience Strategist is a key player in how Content Design will define the future of the tv overall experience.
- 12 years of work experience in brand / creative strategy
- Must have managed FTE / assignment strategists in the past.
- Ability to create simple yet impactful presentations. Highly skilled communicator with strong instinctscapable of quickly developing a strategic POV or project approach & rallying others to work together on it.
- Skilled at using data to identify new opportunities & inform strategic POVs across consumer touch-points.
- Experience in TV/film strongly preferredeither as agency client or internal at streaming service.
- Flexible (and excited) about the prospect of solving different kinds of strategic problems on a daily basis.
- Strong foresightboth in identifying big opportunities on the horizon as well as anticipating challenges.
- Ability to quickly glean creative insights from dataideally experience with creative experimentation / optimization.
- A strong collaborator who likes to dig into the creative work alongside wide variety of partners.
- An expert at representing the consumercommunicating their needs in human straightforward language.
- Loves great TV. Capable of working within whats possible with TV today but unafraid to bring what ifs to the table.
