Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials in-process formulations and final products to ensure quality standards are strictly met.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure detailed and accurate results.
- Document and interpret test results determining necessary corrective actions to address quality issues promptly.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to successfully implement quality control processes.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum Required Education: High school diploma/ GED or equivalent experience
- Additional technical training or certification is a plus.
- 1 years experience in a manufacturing or laboratory setting (focus on quality control preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to strictly follow standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Capability to adapt to the 3rd shift timetable and flexibly respond to changing priorities.
