Portfolio Strategy & Platform Consolidation 

Drive rationalization of our acquired platforms (Logi Simba Exago Izenda VizLib FiPlana PowerON Cubeware Agility and more) into an integrated architecture that maximizes customer value and engineering velocity 

Design elegant migration strategies that protect our substantial revenue base while accelerating customers to modern AI-powered solutions 

Make bold architectural decisions that reduce complexity unlock innovation capacity and position us to win in embedded analytics and agentic AI markets 

AI Architecture & Innovation Leadership   

Own business unit-wide AI strategy that makes Data & Analytics a leader in AI-powered data platformsboth what we deliver to customers AND how we use AI internally to accelerate engineering product development and operations 

Architect Simba Intelligence as the production-grade AI data access layer that gives agents secure governed hallucination-free access to enterprise data across on-prem and cloud environments 

Expand AI capabilities for Logi Symphony that catapult embedded analytics into intelligent decision engines that learn predict and guide users 

Expand and scale our current use of AI in development workflowsusing ML for code generation testing security scanning and operational intelligence to multiply engineering productivity

15 years technology leadership with 8 as CTO/VP Engineering leading 100 person organizations 

Scaled platforms from $50M to $200M revenue with measurable business impact 

Led platform modernization for enterprise softwareyouve transformed whats already running at scale 

Built and led global engineering teams across North America Europe and Asia with strong retention 

Engineering degree or equivalent technical depthyou engage credibly with senior engineers and architects

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 

Expert in SaaS architecture cloud-native design microservices and platform engineering at scale 

Deep understanding of data infrastructure: connectivity protocols semantic layers data virtualization modern data stack 

Experience with embedded analytics BI tools and ISV application integration patterns 

Knowledge of AI/ML systems: GenAI analytics RAG LLM applications agentic AI architectures 

Expertise in enterprise deployment models: on-premises cloud hybrid air-gapped for regulated industries 

Understanding of AI-augmented development: ML-powered coding tools automated testing intelligent DevOps
