Enterprise Management Solutions (EMS) is a U.S.-based management and operations firm that provides leadership staffing and sales infrastructure to companies across logistics transportation construction and other service industries.


We are seeking aLogistics Sales Consultant to support one of our U.S. logistics and dispatch service clients.
This position focuses onbusiness-to-business sales engaging with truck owners freight brokers and shippers to promote dispatch carrier and logistics management services.


This is a full-time remote position for a goal-driven professional with strong English communication skills sales experience and an understanding of U.S. transportation or logistics.


Position Overview

TheLogistics Sales Consultant is responsible for converting warm leads into active clients.
You will engage with owner-operators carriers and shippers explain dispatch and logistics services and close enrollment or service agreements.


All leads are provided by EMSs marketing and outreach team no cold calling lists required.


Your primary focus isrelationship-based closing: understanding client needs communicating value and securing signed service agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with warm leads (owner-operators carriers and brokers) generated by EMS campaigns.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client logistics needs and operations.
  • Present and explain dispatch and freight support programs in a clear consultative manner.
  • Negotiate service terms within company guidelines and close agreements.
  • Manage lead tracking client information and call notes in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with EMSs Operations and Client Services teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (enrollments accounts signed or contracts executed).
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism accuracy and follow-up responsiveness.


Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 2 years in sales customer acquisition or account management (preferred in logistics trucking freight or dispatch).
    • Previous BPO or outbound sales experience accepted if able to adapt to logistics terminology quickly.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or North American accent preferred).
    • Confident communicator and persuasive closer.
    • Organized with CRM proficiency (HubSpot Zoho GoHighLevel or similar).
    • Able to multitask and meet goals under deadlines.
  • Education:Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Logistics or related field preferred.
  • Requirements:
    • Reliable computer/laptop headset and strong internet connection.
    • Willing to workU.S. Eastern Standard Time (8 AM5 PM EST) MondayFriday.
    • Willing to work on U.S. holidays if required (no paid holiday benefit).


Compensation & Terms

Base Pay: $7 USD/hour ( 410 PHP/hour) equivalent to approx. $1120 USD/month (65000 PHP/month) based on 40 hours/week

Commission: $40$100 USD per closed agreement depending on service type or contract size

Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses for meeting or exceeding close-rate targets

Benefits: Independent contractor role no paid holidays or leave. Includes training performance incentives and growth opportunities.

Payment: Monthly USD payout via EMS international payroll (Wise Payoneer or direct transfer).

  • Number of new clients or accounts signed per month
  • Conversion rate (leads closed deals)
  • Average revenue per closed client
  • Follow-up rate and CRM accuracy
  • Client satisfaction and retention feedback
