As our Steward youll be the driving force behind a clean organized and efficient Living Kitchen. Youll make sure our chefs can focus on what they do best by keeping the back of house in top shape handling dishes with care and supporting smooth operations during every service.
As our Steward youre the backbone of our Living Kitchen. Youll make sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes by keeping the kitchen (both front and back of house) spotless organized and in line with HACCP regulations. Youll handle all dishwashing deep cleaning and incoming deliveries ensuring that our chefs can shine and our guests always enjoy a clean and welcoming environment.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Keep things shiny:Youll follow the deep cleaning schedule ensuring that our Living Kitchen looks spotless at all times.
Delivery and waste hero:Youll be responsible for handling incoming deliveries of goods from suppliers making sure everything is stored properly and ensure correct waste separation to keep operations running smoothly and sustainable.
Be the right hand:Youll lend a hand to the chefs with prepping cutting and cooking for all of our different services be it breakfast lunch or dinner during busy moments.
Live the brand: Youll uphold Zokus Brand Service Standards in the Living Kitchen ensuring every area visible or behind the scenes reflects our values of quality care and community.

A FEWMUST HAVES
You have experience working in a kitchen setting.
You are fluent in English and other languages are a plus.
You are an EU resident or have a valid Danish working permit.
You have experience with implementing the local HACCP guidelines.
You are flexible with working days / hoursand are available part-time (25 hours occasionally overtime when required for business needs).
Start date: We are ideally looking for our new Steward to start January 1st 2026 onwards but are open to discussing the start date.
