Job Description:

• Individual accountabilities: Lead plan and execute the implementation of strategic infrastructure projects including data and client onboarding enhancements aligning initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Lead and direct cross-functional initiatives managing stakeholder engagement and driving strategic changes across various business units within Operations coordinating efforts with key stakeholders in Front Office DDI Risk Credit Finance and Technology.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product and data strategy roadmap for strategic infrastructure projects.
• Implement data-driven solutions to enhance business growth across various lines of business.
• Drive and manage change through positive reinforcement celebrating milestones and fostering strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the development and execution of data governance frameworks and best practices to ensure data integrity accuracy and compliance across all strategic projects.
• Identify develop and report on key performance metrics to assist in business oversight and strategic decision-making.
• Communicate success metrics and progress to internal and external stakeholders including the executive leadership team clients and business partners.
• Oversee the review and maintenance of procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Apply expertise and creativity to address complex and non-routine challenges finding effective solutions to unique situations.
• Advanced ability to lead plan implement and evaluate assigned business objectives to ensure completion of related initiatives.
• Build a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts retains develops and motivates the team by fostering an inclusive work environment.
• Promote a fair and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce encourages the team to achieve common goals and objectives and creates an environment where the team freely escalates performance and production challenges.
• Ability to make an impact influence and achieve results with effective negotiation problem-solving and communication skills.
