JOB SUMMARY
As ASIs Receptionist you are the first impression and the ongoing experience. Youll greet guests support company events enhance the office atmosphere and make ASI a place people love to visit and work in. Youll also support administrative functions that keep the office running smoothly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hospitality Guest Experience & Reception
- Create a warm polished and positive experience for every person who walks through our doors.
- Greet host and process visitors candidates clients and tour groups.
- Curate the lobby environment-ambiance cleanliness music presentation and overall feel.
- Help plan and support company events celebrations office parties and culture initiatives.
- Coordinate refreshments meals and accommodations for events visitors and VIPs.
Office Environment & Experience Management
- Manage office supplies kitchen supplies and common-area presentation with an emphasis on hospitality and employee comfort.
- Support company projects to enhance workspace experience (decor re-organization signage seasonal setups etc.).
- Support clerical responsibilities (copies mail filing) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- 2 years of experience in administrative support office coordination hospitality customer experience or similar role.
- Strong hospitality mindset-warm professional proactive and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping a polished calm presence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
