Position Title: RN Cardiac Cath Lab
Location: New York NY 10016
Type: Contract
Shift: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
Schedule: 3 Days per Week (Approx. 34.5 Hours per Week)
Pay Rate:Up to $2932.50 per Week

Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking RN Cardiac Cath Labfor an exciting job in New York NY.

Responsibilities

Assist physicians and healthcare teams during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
Manage patient preparation including IV insertion monitoring and post-procedure recovery.
Administer and monitor conscious sedation per established protocols.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with safety quality and regulatory standards.
Provide patient education and ensure continuity of care throughout the procedure.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of Critical Care nursing experience.
Proficient in IV insertion and phlebotomy.
Previous experience with conscious sedation.
Demonstrated ability to scrub and circulate in a Cardiac Cath Lab environment.

Education & Certifications

Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited institution (required).
Active New York State RN License (Primary Source Verification from NYSED).
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (required).

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Additional certifications in Cardiac Cath Lab or Critical Care Nursing.
