The opportunity:
Define plan and ensure implementation of product marketing strategies in assigned area to meet business objectives and in line with global product strategy. Oversee all marketing activities and support Sales organizations in driving sales and services of respective products.
How you will make an impact:
You will create plan and ensure implementation of the local go-tomarket product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
You will establish product marketing targets and budgets ensure their achievement through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
You will develop and implement annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups prepare business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
You will coordinate market analyses with Product Marketing team and Sales team members and define appropriate forecasts and plans evaluate and share customer research market conditions and competitor data.
You will oversee sales execution for assigned products by coordinating the preparation of relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s) drive sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and sales) for each Salesperson in the PMM Team ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Masters in business management would be advantageous.
Proven work experience in the transformers environment marketing and sales with minimum10 years relevant work experience. With background in quotation preparation including costing and pricing experience with capability & capacity alignment with operations Eng supply chain.
Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experiences. Knowledge and exposure in Sales and MS Office
Understand sales performance metrics. Business acumen with problem-solving attitude and leadership skill.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written negotiation skill influencing skills.
