As a Quality Engineering Investigator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless quality of our products and contribute to our mission of enabling our customers to make the world healthier cleaner and safer.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with technical expertise and onsite assistance to provide assurance of product quality and build customer relationships and allegiance.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into quality incidents and non-conformities determining root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and optimize quality processes and systems.
  • Proactively identify potential quality issues and develop strategies to prevent them.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to ensure product safety and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement improvements.
  • Perform audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in the development and execution of validation protocols and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • 3 years of proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ambitious and driven to achieve and exceed quality objectives.
  • Ability to compete in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strict attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless results.
  • Proficiency in using quality tools and statistical analysis software.

The work is being conducted in shifts covering 6-2 and 12-8 alternating every other week. The role also requires some traveling to customer sites within the UK Ireland and Europe.
