Position Overview:
The Cardiovascular Services Manager will oversee operations quality and performance across cardiovascular service areas including the cardiac cath lab electrophysiology and non-invasive cardiology.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations and implement strategic initiatives across cardiovascular programs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive exceptional patient care and outcomes
Monitor quality metrics clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance
Oversee staffing budgeting and service line growth strategies
Align department objectives with system-wide cardiovascular goals

Qualifications:
Active RN license or cardiovascular specialty credential
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience within cardiovascular services
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
