Manager Facilities Management
Location: Florida (Multiple Locations)

Position Overview:The Manager of Facilities Management oversees facility operations maintenance life safety compliance and infrastructure planning to ensure a safe reliable and regulatory-compliant environment for hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily engineering and facilities maintenance operations
Maintain compliance with AHCA Joint Commission OSHA NFPA and other regulatory agencies
Develop and manage operational and capital budgets
Lead emergency preparedness life safety and environment of care programs
Partner with hospital leadership to align facility strategy with organizational goals
Qualifications:
3 year of leadership experience in healthcare facilities management (hospital preferred)
Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred
Strong knowledge of hospital building codes life safety and regulatory standards
