Position: Customer Site Representative I

Location: Norwood MA fully onsite

Work Schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri)

Location/Division Specific Information

Based in the city of Norwood MA you will be part of the Instrument and Enterprise Services (IES) division contributing to our Unity Lab Services (ULS) team. This is your chance to support a key customer account on-site and provide outstanding service.

As a Customer Site Representative I your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless asset service management and relationship building with the customer and vendors. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and supporting critical scientific advancements.

A day in the Life:

  • Oversee the daily management of work order tickets including coordinating schedules with vendors and facilitating the escort of engineers to and from the laboratories during their visits.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Participate in inventory counts to maintain accurate records of customer assets.

To succeed in this role you must demonstrate proven customer service skills effective communication and the ability to make informed decisions. Your ambition and ability to work independently will help you successfully implement solutions.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Minimum of high school diploma. Associates degree / bachelors degree strongly preferred.

Experience

  • 2 years of industry experience in Life Sciences Healthcare Biomedical or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and proficiency in using related software for data management.
  • Experience in a customer-facing position.

Knowledge Skills Abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management prioritization and problem solving skills.
  • Work independently and collectively.
  • Ability to build customer allegiance and maintain strong professional relationships.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Works primarily at customer location including office environments shipping/receiving docks stock rooms and laboratories. Physical activities include walking sitting standing and light to medium lifting. Will need to wear personal protective equipment in laboratories.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $23.04$34.56.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes:
