Job Summary
The Amazon operations team is looking for Lead Fulfillment Associates with a strong record of achieving results to join the expanding team supporting operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers. Lead Fulfillment Associates hold various roles within the Fulfillment Center. All roles include production duties as needed. Lead Fulfillment Associates will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates motivating them and keeping their work areas safe.

- 1 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience or Bachelors degree in computer science engineering mathematics or equivalent
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Work flexible schedules including weekends nights and holidays
- Can lift up to 49 pounds stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours and be able to frequently push pull squat bend and reach
- Work 40 hours/week and overtime as required
- 1 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience or Bachelors degree in computer science engineering analytics mathematics statistics IT or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $46800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $57200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
