Summary: The Electrical Panel Assembler plays a vital role in assembling and wiring mechanical and electrical components for backup power systems. Working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment this position involves interpreting schematics and specifications to install electrical raceways conduit wire ways and cable ways. This hands-on role ensures the safe and efficient build of high-quality electrical panels that support critical power infrastructure.
Accountabilities:- Assemble and wire mechanical and electrical components per instructions specifications and schematics.
- Layout and install electrical raceways conduit wire ways and cable ways.
- Interpret and follow electrical schematics and layout drawings.
- Coordinate with team members lead supervisors and management to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
- Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols.
- Report safety hazards and near misses to promote a safe workplace.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and suggest process enhancements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the electrical assembly team.

Required Knowledge/Experience:- High school diploma or GED required.
- 13 years of experience in an industrial or construction setting.
- Knowledge of materials methods and tools used in electrical panel assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings. (Preferred)
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments and safety standards.

| Work Environment and Physical Demands |
- Primarily based in a manufacturing environment with exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions.
- Ability to stand kneel stoop or crouch for 810 hours per day.
- Frequent use of hands to handle tools and components.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs (following OSHA standards).
- Must be able to see and hear well enough to navigate the plant safely and communicate effectively.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
