What youll be doing
As we strengthen our presence in southern Poland were looking for an experienced and driven Senior Restaurant Partnership Manager based in Kraków or Katowice to take the lead in driving restaurant acquisition and growth in the region. This is a key commercial role where youll not only drive new partnerships with top-tier restaurants but also shape Wolts overall restaurant acquisition strategy in Poland.
Youll work closely with our Restaurant Development team to ensure were building a high-quality scalable restaurant base while maintaining Wolts signature focus on quality and service.
Day-to-day in this role youll:
- Leading the end-to-end sales process for high-potential and strategic restaurant partners - from prospecting to closing.
- Identifying new business opportunities market trends and restaurant categories that can accelerate Wolts growth.
- Managing and optimizing the sales pipeline ensuring strong forecasting accuracy and data-driven decision-making.
- Negotiating partnership terms with key stakeholders and ensuring long-term profitable collaborations.
- Supporting and mentoring more junior sales team members helping them develop their pipeline management and negotiation skills.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (Mx Services Restaurant Development and Marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and lasting partner success.
- Using insights from data to refine acquisition strategies and continuously improve sales effectiveness.
Our humble expectations
- Proven experience in B2B sales business development or partnerships ideally within the food delivery hospitality or FMCG industries.
- Strong track record of closing high-value deals and managing strategic partnerships.
- A strategic thinker who can translate insights into actionable business plans and execute with excellence.
- Strong negotiation analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience mentoring or guiding other team members is a plus.
- A passion for great food and a deep understanding of the local restaurant landscape.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
