Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Formulate proactive LCMS application solutions and DEMO experiments for unexplored application territories.
  • Write and coordinate essential application documents including application reports operating procedures and training materials.
  • Provide comprehensive instrument and software training to clients on-site.
  • Assist clients in developing tailored LCMS analysis methods for specific samples and analysis requirements.
  • Optimize chromatographic separation and mass spectrometry conditions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including sales service and R&D.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with LCMS-based characterization of protein drugs including intact mass peptide mapping and PTM of ADCs and AOCs.
  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative analysis of small molecule drugs such as drug metabolism and natural products.
  • Experience in peptides or Oligos analysis is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain sophisticated issues to clients with varying technical backgrounds.
  • Strong adaptability to frequent business trips and flexible work arrangements.
