About the Role:
The College is currently seeking a permanent part-time Enrolments Officer to work in its Enrolments Office.
The role is offered on a part-time basis (0.6) with the possibility to negotiate flexible rostering arrangements which are mutually beneficial to the successful candidate and the College.
The successful applicant will be an integral part of our Enrolments Team providing administrative and customer service support to the Enrolments Manager in managing enquiries applications and admissions for the Colleges Early Learning programs. The role is responsible for ensuring that all enrolment-related processes are completed accurately efficiently and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities may Include:
- Act as the first point of contact for enrolment enquiries providing a warm professional and informative experience for prospective families.
- Maintain accurate enrolment attendance and billing data within the Colleges software system.
- Keep enrolment databases and waitlists current complete and compliant with College policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and distribute enrolment correspondence including offers confirmations and welcome packs.
- Assist scheduling enrolment interviews.
- Manage waitlists in line with approved College policies and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of enrolment processes and the overall customer experience.
- Represent the College positively in all interactions with prospective and current families.
Key Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in administration customer service or enrolments preferably within an education or childcare environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with families.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing data and documentation.
Essential Qualifications:
- Have a current Positive Notice working with children Blue Card or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience working in an educational setting highly regarded.
