About the Role
Were on the hunt for a sharp solutions-driven Application & Infrastructure Engineer to join our technology team. This is a hands-on role that keeps ECLs customer-facing applications infrastructure platforms networks and site systems running at peak performance.
Youll be the go-to expert for complex technical issues across POS systems business-critical applications cloud and on-prem environments and forecourt technologies. From diagnosing network hiccups to improving system resilience and scalability this is where your technical curiosity meets real-world impact.
About The Role:
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced application infrastructure and POS issues across customer environments.
Maintain monitor and enhance cloud and on-prem infrastructure for performance and reliability.
Manage customer network infrastructure switches firewalls routers and site connectivity.
Support forecourt controllers tank gauges and site automation systems to ensure uptime and performance.
Apply security best practices across systems and support compliance activities.
Deliver upgrades patches and configuration changes that improve site and system stability.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver smart scalable solutions.
Document share and continuously build knowledge across the tech team.

About You:

Strong technical experience across cloud and/or on-premises infrastructure environments.
Knowledge of networking firewalls and connectivity troubleshooting.
Exposure to application or POS support in multi-site environments.
Experience with Windows and Linux server administration backups and patching.
Solid understanding of IT security principles and system hardening.
A collaborative mindset youre curious reliable and thrive when solving problems as a team
