The Clinical Therapist Intake completes diagnostic assessments or therapy sessions per agency demand. Activities include completing the initial diagnostic assessment ANSA and Person-Centered Wellness Plan at Access to Care and in the adult outpatient clinics. Activities also include engaging individuals into services providing resources crisis intervention and other formal and informal assessments.

Minimum Education: Masters Degree in Health and Human services field or Nursing

Required Experience: One (1) year Years Experience in Health and Human services field

License/Certifications: Licensed by Texas Board of Social Work Examiners: LCSW LMSW LMFT LMFT-A LPC or LPC-A; Valid Texas Drivers License
