The Sr. Project Manager will support the team in two primary areas:
Project Management: Will manage development prototyping and production programs. This person will coordinate and manage program schedules deliverables budgets and timelines and will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to include government and industry representatives. Vendor engagement and coordination required.
Business Development: Responsible for pursuing opportunities to grow and expand the business and promote Corporation brand recognition within the government contracting arena.
Responsibilities will be as follows:
Project management coordination of tasks and activities attendance at test events coordination of visits/briefings and preparation of reports and presentations.
Ability to assist analytical/technical and engineering personnel with investigations reviews evaluation of data materials components and systems problem solving and preparation of recommendations and implementation of solutions or modifications to meet customer requirements.
Works to Identify innovative approaches to increase efficiency and lower costs to the customer
Participates in technical discussions and reviews with the Team and Government Customers.
Utilizes Microsoft Excel and Project to track project metrics.
Communicate with management customers suppliers quality division and others to facilitate program success.
Identifies areas of business growth potential creates action plans and sales strategies
Develop and maintain client relationships track identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
Co-authors contract proposal submissions

Knowledge of Engineering development and manufacturing programs ability to read and interpret drawings & GD&T.
Project Management experience and the ability to multitask and manage multiple engineering prototyping and production projects simultaneously.

Guide activities of less experienced engineering and analytical/technical personnel and other support personnel.
Familiarity within the industry including equipment. technology supply-chain management and logistics.
