Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve independence in activities of daily living.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams.
Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families to support recovery and long-term success.

Qualifications:

Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
Minimum 1 year of acute care OT experience.
No employment gaps exceeding 1 year.
