Were seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our growing team in Las VegasNV. This role is ideal for someone with experience in petroleum construction fuel systems or industrial projects who thrives on accuracy collaboration and bringing complex projects to life.

Pay Range: $60000$65.000 (DOE) full benefits PTO and 401(k).

Your Mission

As a Construction Estimator youll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates bids and proposals for petroleum and car wash construction projects. Youll collaborate with project managers engineers and vendors to ensure projects are properly scoped priced and aligned with client expectations.

Your Mission:

Review and interpret construction drawings blueprints and specifications for petroleum car wash and commercial fueling projects.
Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials labor subcontractor work equipment and permitting.
Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals under tight deadlines.
Analyze RFPs RFQs and bid invitations to ensure accurate project scoping and compliance.
Collaborate with project managers superintendents and engineers during preconstruction and planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors obtaining competitive quotes and verifying scope coverage.
Identify potential cost savings constructability issues and value engineering opportunities.
Maintain estimating databases unit pricing and production rates to improve future bid accuracy.
Assist with project handoff meetings to ensure a smooth transition from estimating to operations.
Track bid results and assist with post-bid analysis to refine estimating processes.

What You Bring to the Table:

35 years of experience in construction estimating preferably in petroleum fuel systems or related industrial construction.
Strong ability to read and interpret civil mechanical and electrical drawings.
Knowledge of UST/AST systems piping dispensers tank installations and car wash construction a major plus.
Proficiency with estimating software (e.g. Bluebeam PlanSwift or similar) and Excel.
Excellent analytical and math skills with a sharp attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple bids simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Familiarity with local building codes permitting processes and environmental regulations related to fuel systems.
Self-motivated organized and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
