Job Summary

The Super Girl Surf Festival has been running for the past 19 years as part of three womens sports music and lifestyle events designed to empower uplift and inspire women in areas where they are traditionally underrepresented.

The events include the three largest womens surfing event in the world; nearly 8000 female athletes competing in 10 sports; 50 live concerts; 60 fitness and wellness classes; female art exhibitions; speakers; content creators; mentorship programs; a festival village; and much more.

The Super Girl Surf Festival is seeking a talented and creative Videographer to help capture key moments of the festival weekend including concerts surf competitions and sponsor activations.

Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality video content of festival highlights including live music performances crowd engagement athlete moments and sponsor elements.
Work closely with the on-site social media manager to identify and prioritize key moments for coverage.
Deliver footage promptly for on-site and post-event use.
Operate independently in a fast-paced outdoor environment while maintaining strong communication with the festival team.

Qualifications:

Must have prior experience filming festivals concerts sports or large-scale events.
Own and operate professional video equipment (camera audio etc.).
Strong understanding of framing lighting and storytelling through video.
Reliable flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing event needs.
Must be available for both days of the event.
