What Youll Do
- Review Budgets CAM Reconciliations Reforecasts and Estimates ensuring accurate coding allocation and documentation of expenses.
- Validate recoverable expenses apply exclusions and caps and assess amortization requirements.
- Prepare CAM Reconciliation invoices and deliverables for tenants.
- Support due diligence for acquisitions/dispositions and manage prorations.
- Analyze financial variances calculate CAPS and compare CAPEX bids to budgets.
- Oversee financial processes in Yardi and review automated OPEX analysis for accuracy.
- Generate portfolio performance reports and resolve tenant billing inquiries in collaboration with Property Managers and Asset Management Analysts.

Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Real Estate or related field.
- Experience in property management financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of CAM CAPS and expense allocation practices.
- Proficiency in Yardi and other property management software.
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
