Total Annual Compensation: $8400 $120000

- Competitive Base Salary
- Quarterly Champion Bonuses earn extra when you serve as a mentor to RBTs pursuing their Masters in ABA

- Develop clinically sound engaging treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Collaborate with families
- Deliver client centric evidence-based therapy
Qualifications
- BCBA certification along with a related degree
- Prior Payor credentialing completed
- Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
- Ability to actively engage with clients sit on the floor go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift 50lbs
