Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tool Maker B to join our world-class Engineering team. As a Tool Maker B you will have the opportunity to work on exceptionally challenging and ambitious projects ensuring flawless performance of our tools and equipment. Responsibilities:
  • Determine tooling requirements and specifications
  • Design and build high-quality tooling fixtures and prototypes
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to successfully implement tooling solutions
  • Conduct tests and inspections to ensure the reliability and functionality of tools
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on existing tools
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Tool Maker B or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of tooling design and manufacturing processes
  • Competence in reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Prioritizing safety and quality standards
