Job Summary
The Beauty Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon managing staff ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean professional and welcoming environment. The role includes managing schedules supervising beauty professionals maintaining inventory and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all salon operations including staff scheduling customer service inventory and cleanliness.

Supervise and motivate a team of stylists beauticians and front-desk staff.

Ensure the highest standards of service quality hygiene and client satisfaction.

Monitor and manage daily sales appointments and customer flow.

Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback professionally.

Train and onboard new team members and provide ongoing coaching.

Maintain salon supplies and ensure proper stock levels.

Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain clients.

Track financial performance and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
Requirements:

Diploma or certification in Cosmetology Beauty Therapy or Salon Management.

3 years of experience in the beauty industry with at least 1 year in a managerial role.

Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge of salon software for bookings billing and inventory (e.g. Fresha Salon Iris).

Passionate about beauty customer service and team development.

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and resolve issues quickly.

Presentable professional and client-focused demeanor.

Flexibility to work weekends holidays and peak hours.
Working Conditions:
