Job Summary
Taskeen is seeking a high performing Team Leader to drive our property sales unit forward. Leveraging your extensive market insight and proven sales acumen you will coach a team of consultants shape winning sales strategies and secure profitable transactions for branded residential properties. You ll guide clients through every stage of the purchase process from needs assessment and market research to negotiation and closing all while nurturing long term relationships and keeping your team ahead of market trends.
Requirements
4 years of success in real estate sales or property consulting
Consistent record of closing deals and negotiating favorable contracts
Demonstrated ability to hit ambitious sales targets and meet tight deadlines
Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating teams
Outstanding communication interpersonal and organizational abilities
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field
Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
