Were looking for a detail-oriented and analytical VIP Operations Support professional to join our team. Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of VIP campaigns operational processes and performance reporting. This role requires a strong mix of analytical thinking organizational skills and hands-on experience within iGaming operations.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Campaign Operations
- Support the setup execution and monitoring of CRM campaigns.
- Ensure segmentation and targeting logic are accurate.
- Coordinate with teams to align VIP campaigns with overall retention strategies.
- Conduct QA testing on campaigns and promotions before launch to ensure flawless player delivery.
Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain and analyze daily and weekly VIP performance reports.
- Identify trends anomalies and actionable insights within player data.
- Support KPI tracking across the team portfolios and campaigns using Tableau Excel or Google Sheets.
- Assist with day-to-day processes operational reporting and recurring analytical tasks.
Operational Support
- Keep VIP documentation playbooks and process guides up to date.
- Support bonus allocations reward setups and and other ongoing operations.
- Manage internal forms data validation and player tagging to ensure system accuracy.
- Liaise with internal teams to proactively resolve operational challenges.
Process Optimization
- Review and refine existing workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Support testing and implementation of new tools or system features impacting VIP operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline CRM processes automations and dashboards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming (Casino Sportsbook or CRM/Retention Operations).
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets with experience in data analysis and dashboard reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving organizational and communication skills.
Prior experience supporting VIP or CRM teams is highly desirable.
