- Salary: MPS/UPS SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)
- Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome)
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SENCO committed to supporting pupils with additional needs. As a SENCO you will lead the SEND provision across the school ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will take on the responsibilities of a SENCO working closely with teachers parents and external agencies to deliver tailored support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate SEND provision as a SENCO
- Support teachers in delivering inclusive lessons for all pupils
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment as a SENCO
- Collaborate with colleagues parents and external professionals
- Contribute to the schools ethos of high expectations and achievement
What Were Looking For

- Hold NASENCO OR NPQ SENCO or experience in SEND leadership
- Are enthusiastic creative and able to make learning meaningful as a SENCO
