About the Role
As a Sociology Teacher your responsibilities will include:
Teaching Sociology across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners.
Assessing student progress setting targets and providing constructive feedback.
Contributing to the Sociology departments curriculum development and resource creation.
Creating and maintaining a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
Working collaboratively with colleagues in the department and across the school.
Participating in relevant professional development opportunities.
Experience and Qualifications
Sociology related Degree
QTS or PGCE
Sociology Teacher
Salary
The salary for this Sociology Teacher position will be paid to scale MPS/UPS.
