Looking for your next step in active leisure management Were on the hunt for a hands-on energetic Assistant General Manager to support the day-to-day running of our vibrant activity park in Wilmslow.
From high-energy parties and unforgettable events to food & beverage and daily operations this is an opportunity to lead from the front inspire teams and deliver amazing experiences for families friends and school groups alike.
What is the role
Leading and supporting teams across multiple departments: Front of House Park Operations Events & Parties and F&B.
Ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service throughout the site.
Stepping into any role as needed youre confident on the floor in the kitchen and with customers.
Driving team performance safety and operational excellence.
Helping manage rotas stock standards and compliance.
What do we need from you
- Proven experience in leisure hospitality or events management.
- Confident multitasker adaptable proactive and calm under pressure.
- A team player with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating great guest experiences.
- Willingness to work weekends evenings and school holidays as needed full flexibility is essential.
