Position: OCR Shift Supervisor
Location: Bogota Colombia
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies procedures and service standards.
- Collaborate with teams on day-to-day operational activities and provide guidance or assistance when required.
- Support players/customers when needed and ensure a welcoming engaging and enjoyable environment.
- Supervise staff schedules attendance task assignments rotations and breaks to maintain smooth operations.
- Conduct periodic staff assessments and provide constructive feedback to encourage professional growth.
- Promote a respectful transparent and professional workplace culture ensuring open communication with employees.
- Actively participate in initiatives that support the companys development and long-term goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native in English (C1) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant sector (e.g. live entertainment gaming hospitality or online operations).
- Strong understanding of relevant procedures standards or industry-specific activities.
- Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Background in live technology systems or control room operations.
- Higher education in management operations or a related field.
