Position Overview
Were looking for a driven and resourceful Marketing & Sales Development Intern to support Crimson Educations growth in the Canadian market. This hybrid role blends marketing creativity with sales execution - ideal for someone who enjoys both storytelling and strategy who can move seamlessly from creating campaigns to engaging directly with families.
Youll help strengthen Crimsons presence among Chinese communities in North America by supporting bilingual marketing initiatives generating and qualifying leads and coordinating outreach events that connect with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and creating cross-platform digital marketing collateral including social media ads organic social content digital flyers and booklets and Wechat/ Red campaigns.
- Develop and localize bilingual marketing assets - blog posts brochures videos case studies and webinar content - that resonate with Chinese-speaking audiences.
- Coordinate and support outreach campaigns including expos seminars webinars and school talks ensuring smooth execution and post-event follow-up.
- Monitor and analyse leads and enrolments generated across all marketing channels (events PR WeChat email content SEO etc.) providing regular progress reports and insights on customer behaviour.
- Engage with parents and students via calls and messages to qualify leads for the sales process ensuring accurate data entry and tracking in Salesforce CRM.
- Manage WeChat group promotions respond to inquiries and contribute to online and offline content that enhances brand visibility and engagement.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging optimize conversion funnels and improve lead-generations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (or currently pursuing one) in Marketing Communications Education Public Relations or a related field; relevant experience in marketing or education is an asset.
- Native or proficient in Mandarin with fluent English (spoken and written); Korean proficiency is a plus but not required.
- Skilled in copywriting public relations and WeChat content writing is a strong plus.
- Proficient in productivity and marketing tools such as Google Workspace Canva Marketo and social media platforms. Experience with design and video editing software is a plus.
- Experience in sales marketing or customer service with familiarity in B2B/B2C sales processes preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proactive results-oriented and accountable for outcomes with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
