We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations in Schaumburg IL. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the company ensuring efficient processes and procedures.
- Oversee logistics planning and coordination to optimize the supply chain.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for operational growth and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative environment promoting teamwork and employee development.
- Regularly review financial statements and operational reports to identify areas for improvement.

Essential Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Business Administration Logistics Operations Management or related field.
- Proven experience in a management role within an operations or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Experience in logistics inventory management and supply chain optimization.
- Track record of successful team leadership and project management.
- Experience working in a corporate environment preferably within a multinational company.
