Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in HVAC CDA PCW PA and other facility systems
- Strong project management from design through commissioning
- Experience with project estimating forecasting and scheduling
- Proficiency in structured problem-solving (K-T DMAIC etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal presentation and documentation skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Project SharePoint AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Professional Engineering (PE/FE) or PMI Certification
- MS in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead facility mechanical and HVAC projects across corporate sites
- Develop engineering designs specifications and documentation
- Manage installation start-up and commissioning of systems
- Collaborate with process plant R&D and divisional teams
- Oversee project costs schedules and resources
- Mentor and guide team members and contractors
- Apply engineering and problem-solving methods to optimize performance
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 10 years of professional engineering experience
- Proven HVAC and facility system troubleshooting expertise
- Strong leadership communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel up to 75% and work flexible hours as needed
