MW Partners is currently seeking a Sales Compensation Operations Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Ensure complete and accurate employee data and compensation plan detail across compensation systems
- Assist in Ad-hoc analysis and track key performance metrics monthly.
- Ensure controls are performed for accurate payout of commissions
- Collaborate with payroll to provide accurate and timely payments to field employees
- Assist with timely and accurate resolution of commissions questions/disputes from field employees
- Assist in the development maintenance and updates to systems processes and analytics reporting
- Maintain compensation-related data models dashboards and reporting to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Support audits data validation and ongoing process improvements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams on the configuration and testing of compensation systems and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business finance or related field.
- 2 3 years experience in compensation finance sales operations or another analytical role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Must be highly proficient with Excel Salesforce Power BI Anaplan and SQL.
- Familiarity with compensation structures or sales performance metrics a plus.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal and social skills required
- Ability to create and maintain cross-functional relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
