Job Summary

Role: SAP SuccessFactors Analysts

Location: Cayce SC - hybrid (4 days onsite per week)

Interview Process: 1 round virtual (video required)

Duration of the Contract: 12 months

Possibility for Extension: Yes

Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.

Required skills:

3 years of experience with HRIS systems.
5 years of experience with state HR/payroll processes data privacy standards (e.g. HIPAA FLSA) and regulatory compliance frameworks.
5 years of experience in creating user guides SOPs process diagrams and technical documentation.
5 years of experience in reporting dashboard creation and data visualization.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Experience with industry standard information security practices (PII PHI)
Previous experience working with State or Federal Government
