Role: SAP SuccessFactors Analysts
Location: Cayce SC - hybrid (4 days onsite per week)
Interview Process: 1 round virtual (video required)

Required skills:
- 3 years of experience with HRIS systems.
- 5 years of experience with state HR/payroll processes data privacy standards (e.g. HIPAA FLSA) and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- 5 years of experience in creating user guides SOPs process diagrams and technical documentation.
- 5 years of experience in reporting dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with industry standard information security practices (PII PHI)
- Previous experience working with State or Federal Government
