Job Summary

Job Title: QA Automation Engineer (HP UFT LoadRunner HP ALM PL/ Web Applications)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualification:

Experience in automation testing using tools such as HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT) including the development and execution of automated test scripts. Experience includes applying structured automation methodologies to convert manual functional tests into automated test cases.
Experience collaborating directly with business analysts program subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical teams to design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for web applications.
Skilled in performance testing using tools such as HP LoadRunner including developing and executing performance test scripts to evaluate system scalability and response under load.
Experience in creating developing managing and executing functional and regression test scripts as well as building generic reusable test functions and automation components.
Hands-on experience performing application testing based on formal test scripts and documenting tracking and reporting defects using HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
Broad experience conducting various types of testing including system testing regression testing end-to-end integration automated testing performance smoke black box white box and failover testing. Skilled in troubleshooting issue resolution application support and technical documentation with experience providing on-call production support.
Proficient in multiple programming and scripting languages including PL/SQL SQL Java HTML TSL PHP and VBScript.
