AudioVideo Quality Analyst

We are seeking a meticulous and media-savvy Audio/Video Quality Analyst to ensure the highest standards of quality across all media deliverables including films OTT series podcasts and audio description projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of media production workflows and have an eye (and ear) for detail to identify inconsistencies errors or deviations from project guidelines. This role requires both technical proficiency and creative sensitivity to ensure the final output meets client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Quality Control:
  Conduct thorough quality checks across all stages of media productionfrom raw content to final deliverables.
• Content Review:
  Watch listen and analyze media content (films series podcasts AD tracks subtitles dubbing etc.) to ensure consistency accuracy and adherence to project guidelines.
• Error Detection & Correction:
  Identify audio visual linguistic or technical discrepancies such as sync mismatches distortions incorrect translations misaligned captions or continuity issues and make necessary corrections or report them clearly.
• Compliance & Standards:
  Verify that all deliverables meet client specifications internal quality benchmarks and platform-specific technical requirements (OTT broadcast theatrical etc.).
• Documentation:
  Maintain detailed QA reports scorecards and feedback summaries for every project highlighting areas of improvement.
• Collaboration:
  Coordinate with Project Managers Editors Linguists and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Suggest and help implement process improvements QA checklists and best practices for enhancing overall quality and workflow efficiency.
• Tool Utilization:
  Use QA and media review tools/software to perform checks on audio video and subtitle files (e.g. Davinci Premiere Pro QC tools Excel trackers etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Media Studies Mass Communication Linguistics or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance within media post-production dubbing or localization environments.
• Strong knowledge of media formats audio-video standards and OTT deliverable specifications.
• Excellent command of the English language (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Keen attention to detail analytical mindset and ability to spot subtle errors.
• Familiarity with subtitling dubbing transcription or audio description audio-video processes preferred.
• Familiarity in tools such as Excel/Sheets media players audio-video editing tools and QA tracking systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
