Position: Telesales Executive at QHT Clinic Noida Sector 63
About QHT Clinic:

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound leads generated through digital platforms.
- Explain clinic services (Hair Transplant PRP GFC etc.) and address client queries effectively.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate with the clinics front desk and counsellor team.
- Maintain follow-up with leads through calls WhatsApp and CRM updates.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and lead conversion goals.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining a positive and professional tone.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months 2 years in telesales preferably in healthcare beauty or service-based industries.
- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
Skills:
- Excellent communication (Hindi & basic English)
- Convincing and empathetic approach
- Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
